Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions
- Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic client support
- Manage crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments for clients in acute need
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
- Connect clients with community resources, support services, and discharge planning as needed
- Advocate for client rights and promote mental health awareness within the community
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) licensure in the state of Maryland
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment settings preferred
- Proficiency in crisis intervention, case management, and trauma-informed care practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clinical documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Empathetic, culturally competent, and client-centered approach to care
